Philippe Noël

Driven by current events, public policy analysis, and the commitment to communicating information effectively, Philippe has a varied background that gives him a comprehensive view when developing public affairs strategies. With more than 10 years in the chambers of commerce network, he has supported numerous businesses on a wide range of economic, social, and regional issues, which has given him versatility and a deep understanding of Quebec and its regions, as well as internationally.

He notably served as Vice-President, Public and Economic Affairs at the Federation of Quebec Chambers of Commerce (FCCQ) for several years. In addition to leading government relations and the content team, he was responsible for setting the organization’s daily public positioning and serving as spokesperson on various platforms. He has managed communications for other economic associations. His management experience led him to take an interest in best practices for organizational management and development. He also served as a political advisor for more than 5 years, in a ministerial cabinet within the government, as well as with the official opposition at the National Assembly of Quebec.
