Social Acceptability
A project can be technically sound, profitable, well funded, and still go off the rails. What derails it is rarely the engineering. It's the community that hosts it, and that wasn't heard in time.

Social acceptability is built before the first shovel goes in the ground, not after the first petition.
We work on social acceptability from the start, before positions harden. We map the stakeholders, we go on the ground to take the real pulse of communities, and we set up the right spaces for dialogue: surveys, focus groups, public consultations, meetings with local leaders. The goal isn’t to win people over at any cost. It’s to understand concerns early enough to actually address them, and to adjust the project when needed.
We don’t sell guaranteed buy-in, there’s no such thing. What we give you is an honest read of the ground and an approach that gives the community a real place in the conversation. Present across Quebec, we know local dynamics: what flies in one RCM doesn’t necessarily fly in the next.
Areas of focus
What we doHow we build acceptability
Map the community
We identify the stakeholders and the friction points from the very start.
Go into the field
Surveys, focus groups, meetings with local leaders.
Listen in order to adjust
We bring back the real concerns so the project can evolve.
Keep the dialogue open
Follow-up continues throughout the project, not just at the consultation.
A project to get accepted?
The sooner we talk, the more room we have to do things right.
