Sylvie Pigeon is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in municipal affairs and in political offices at the Assemblée nationale and the City of Quebec. Her eleven years as a policy advisor at the Union des municipalités du Québec and her three years on the senior management team at the Réseau de transport métropolitain (exo) allowed her to develop an in-depth knowledge of the municipal ecosystem and the Quebec government apparatus.
